The first-time preparation and delivery of a presentation or lecture attracts 5 CPD credits in the Research or Teaching Category. A minimum of 2 credits per year in this category is desirable, but is not mandatory.

If you substantially revise the lecture/presentation at a later date you may claim an additional 5 credits, subject to providing details in the “Key Learning” section of the relevant ePortfolio forms.

Postgraduate:

You can claim CPD credit for preparation and delivery of a presentation or lecture to postgraduates.

Undergraduate:

If you determine that preparation and delivery of a presentation or lecture to undergraduates has educational value to you, you can claim CPD credit, but you must demonstrate its educational value to you through notes in the “Key Learning” section of the ePortfolio form.

Evidence Document:

An evidence document must carry your name and the name of the event organiser with confirmation from the organiser that you did participate in the activity.
