From time to time you may engage in activities which have not been approved by a Postgraduate Training Body. In this instance you should satisfy yourself that these activities are relevant to your own need and reflect on how they benefit your maintenance of professional competence.
Use the “Key Learning” section of the relevant ePortfolio form to demonstrate the learning benefit to yourself of the particular activity. You will need evidence of attendance to attach to the ePortfolio form.
You can decide whether or not the whole day is worth claiming, or if you feel just one session is enough to claim.
You can calculate the CPD as 1 hour = 1 credit.
