The process involves a review of your Professional Competence records in MyCPDfor the previous Professional Competence year so that your training body can give you feedback and advice.
The selection process normally takes place in August and if you have been selected you will be notified by email. You will be given time to review and update your records in MyCPD. We are here to support doctors who need help updating their records.
Your MyCPD records for the year under review will be locked for editing during the process, but participation in the Annual Verification Process will not prevent you from recording your Professional Competence activities for the current year.
To do list:
- Check your most recent Annual Statement to see if you recorded sufficient activities to meet requirements for that year
- Check your MyCPD to make sure you have added supporting evidence to your claims in the categories where evidence is required
