- Navigate to “Files”
- Files can be sorted by date or by name.
- It is possible to put the files in order of newest first or in A-Z order -
- There are additional search options on the right side of the screen so you can search the files by the type of form(event type) they are attached to – filters are called “event type” or by date added “created date”
It is not possible to upload documents directly into the folder, meaning that evidence has to be attached via the relevant form
older documents:
- Folders migrated from the previous ePortfolio are no longer there, if a file existed in one of those folders, the file name has incorporated the old file path, example:
Professional Competence/Evidence documents/01 May 2018 - 30 Apr 2019/Research or Teaching/April 11th 58 Merrion Sq.pdf
