Engaging with a colleague when developing your Plan will bring fresh viewpoints and impartiality.  Some examples of people you may want to engage with are supervisors, fellow clinicians, college tutors, programme directors, colleagues with a similar level of experience etc.


 The aim is to encourage registered medical practitioners to discuss their learning objectives with a colleague



Have a colleague review your plan

  1. Record your Plan in CPDValet
  2. Discuss your plan with a colleague
  3. Your colleague provides structured feedback using the PDP Peer Review Form
  4. Submit a Peer Review form in CPDValet
  5. Attach the completed Peer Review Form (template is attached to this article)



Review a colleague's Plan

  1. Discuss the Plan with your colleague
  2. Complete the PDP Peer Review form and email to your colleague
  3. Submit a Work-Based Learning form in CPDValet
  4. Attach the completed PDP Peer Review Form as your evidence of participation
