To close the CPD accreditation process you must submit a Post Event Survey no later than 3 weeks after the event has taken place.
When issuing your accreditation, we will provide you with a once-off link to an online form where you can quickly fill in your survey and submit. This will be sent in a separate email, to the administrator's email menitoned on your application form.
The form is hosted on an online survey platform and will only take a few minutes to complete. You will see that it is prepopulated with the relevant application reference number. You will receive a separate link for each activity that has been accredited.
