- During peak enrolment times it can take some time to review and process new applicants
- We may contact you for clarification
- If you have not provided clear information about your eligibility for a scheme, we may transfer you to one that is more appropriate
- Once your application has been processed and marked as successful, we will send you a link to pay your enrolment fee
- If you paid online, your receipt will be generated automatically and sent to you by email. This may go to your junk mail folder, so if you do not see your receipt, check that folder
- When you have paid your enrolment fee, we will set up your ePortfolio for Professional Competence
- You will receive an automated email informing you that your application is complete, together with some tips on how to get started
- We encourage you at that point to log in to your ePortfolio and begin recording your activities, and to update your ePortfolio regularly
