This is the College’s new system for the Management of Events.  Please find below some frequently asked questions.  If there is anything not addressed please email for assistance.

When I book my Event where can I access the event?

You will receive an email and you should select the log-in button which will bring you to your attendee hub. The list of sessions (if there are more than one will be listed) pick the session/ day you are attending and there, at the top of that page,  5 mins before the event start time, a join button will appear that you should select.

Can I make changes to my booking following confirmation?

You can click on the link in the confirmation email to modify the booking.

How can I access a copy of my receipt?

A copy of your receipt was emailed at the time of booking the event.  If you need a copy please email


How can I cancel my booking for the event?

Click on the link in your confirmation email and select the option to cancel your registration. If you don’t have your booking email, simply find the event on click to register, it will sign you in and remember you have booked and you will get the option to cancel from there. 

Please note that a cancelation policy applies 


How will people access their CPD certificate?

Your CPD certificate will be emailed to you within 10 days of the event

Will CPD still be auto-recorded form Cvent events in my ePortfolio? 

All CPD points obtained for events in Cvent will be uploaded to your eProtfolio automatically on your behalf.
