To close the CPD Accreditation process you must submit a Post Event Survey no later than 3 weeks after the event has taken place. 

When issuing your accreditation, we will provide you with a one-off link to an online form where you can quickly fill in your survey. This will be sent to you in a separate email.  

The form is hosted on an online survey platform and will only take a few minutes to complete. You will see that it is prepopulated with the relevant application reference number. You will receive a separate link for each activity that has been accredited.

Some accredited events may be randomly selected for audit.  The information you provided in the relevant Post Event Survey will be reviewed and we may contact you for further clarification
